The staff were responsive all around. The room had convenient amenities like a microwave, central heating, and a multi-channel TV. The location was peaceful, and it was easy to access Medicine Hat airport, within 10 km.

Booked a double room that was provided with a full bath, hot tubs, and comfortable beds. The staff were pleasant and amiable. This accommodation had a central setting close to the shopping mall.

The location is ideal, situated near a shopping mall, restaurants, and various shopping centres, making it perfect for exploring this tranquil area.

Everything was excellent here - very very helpful staff and updated rooms. My room included central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. I had a really nice bed for great sleep.

The hotel's location was favourable, close enough to restaurants, bars and shopping and a night club and Medicine Hat. And it's not too far from The Beefeater Steak House, ate there once or twice. I greatly enjoyed the room with comfortable beds, the bed was comfy. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge too.

The place was quite clean, and the staff was really helpful and quick to respond. The location is unbeatable, being close to shops and restaurants 🍽️. Plus, it's near all the amenities you might need.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable, relatively near southview. The hotel's staff is very, very nice.

I would say it's decent base for staying and exploring Medicine Hat. The staff is nice and welcoming. The location is great, 4 km from Saamis Tepee. And it's based in a peaceful area near shops and resturaunts, Medicine Hat, and shopping mall. When I am in Medicine Hat, I like staying here.

The pool area was good and the location was good, short walk to shopping mall, Medicine Hat, and shops. Plus, our hotel was located 2 km from tourist attractions like Medicine Hat Mall. We liked rooms with hot tubs.

The location here is great and perfect, in a fairly quiet area that's very close to a shopping mall, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms. Busy location near main roads, but surprisingly quiet. Well-stocked breakfast room and fresh fruit in the lobby. Issue with first room quickly resolved. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to my next trip.
